As a Development Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our game development team using Unreal Engine 5. You will be responsible for providing technical support, documenting  and optimizing workflows, and assisting in the integration of new technologies and tools.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to game developers, artists, and designers using Unreal Engine 5.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software, hardware, and network configurations.

- Develop and maintain scripts and tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve team productivity.

- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.

- Document processes, best practices, and solutions to common technical issues.

- Stay updated with the latest developments in Unreal Engine 5 and related technologies.

 

Qualifications:

- Experience with Unreal Engine 5 and its toolset (personal or professional) is a plus

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
