We are seeking a Director, Central Technology & Game Integrations to lead the organization responsible for bridging FanCare's core technology stack with EA’s central technology platforms and our game studios. This role will be instrumental in shaping the integration strategy between FanCare and EA’s global studios to ensure scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions that allows Fan Care to deliver experiences at scale. The Director will partner closely with engineering leaders, game teams, and product directors to align technology roadmaps with EA’s strategic priorities. This position reports to the Sr. Director, Central Technology & Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage global teams focused on maintaining, enhancing and testing the Fan Care Technology stack.

  • Collaborate with game studio leaders and central tech teams to identify opportunities for technology adoption, automation, and standardization.

  • Drive the technical strategy for cross-game integrations, ensuring compatibility, scalability, and high performance.

  • Establish best practices for technology rollout, support, and lifecycle management across studios.

  • Partner with product, operations, and IT organizations to align integration priorities with company-wide technology initiatives.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration across all teams.

  • Communicate regularly with executive leadership to influence technology strategy and investment decisions.

  • Represent Central Tech in cross-functional forums and strategic initiatives that shape the future of EA’s game development ecosystem.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, technical operations, or product management leadership.

  • 5+ years of experience managing technical teams.

  • Proven track record of driving technology integration or platform adoption at scale within a global organization.

  • Strong understanding of engineering & game development pipelines, live service operations, and technology infrastructure.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to influence and execute strategic initiatives across multiple teams and business units.
