Working in close partnership with Corporate Communications leadership and cross-

the Director will architect integrated communications campaigns across a broad range of

corporate issues, stakeholder audiences, and global markets, ensuring consistent

messaging and strong alignment with EA’s strategic priorities.

As a senior media strategist and spokesperson, this leader will cultivate influential

relationships with top-tier business, financial, policy, and trade media; identify and drive

proactive storytelling opportunities; counsel executives on positioning and message

strategy; and lead communications planning and response for high-profile, fast-moving,

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates strong

Your Responsibilities:

Media Relations & Strategic Communications

  • Develop integrated communications strategies for major announcements, corporate milestones, and strategic initiatives to strengthen credibility and stakeholder confidence.
  • Translate complex business, financial, regulatory, and technical topics into clear, compelling narratives that resonate across external audiences.
  • Partner with business and communications leaders to support strategic engagement with the company’s ownership group and senior stakeholders.
  • Support communications strategy and positioning for mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, investments, and other strategic business initiatives.
  • Partner cross-functionally to develop executive messaging, media materials, issue- response frameworks, and strategic briefing documents that support effective external engagement.
  • Advise and prepare executives for media interviews, public appearances, and external engagements through strategic counsel and message development.
  • Collaborate with Global Affairs, Reputation Management, and senior leadership to shape communications strategies around public policy and regulatory issues.
  • Monitor the political, regulatory, and media landscape to identify emerging risks and opportunities and inform corporate communications planning.

Experience & Leadership

  • 10–12+ years of in-house or agency corporate communications, public affairs, policy communications, or financial communications experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in government, technology, entertainment or other regulated sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience managing high-profile media, M&A, reputational issues, and sensitive corporate matters.
  • Strong understanding of global media, legislative, regulatory, and political dynamic and their business impact.
  • Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-pressure environments requiring sound judgment and discretion.
  • Skilled at cross-functional collaboration and coordination across legal, finance, corporate development, and executive leadership teams.
