You are part of EA’s Fan Growth organization that strives to optimize the experiences our fans have around our games.  You passionately position EA and the Fan Growth capabilities as a distinctive brand to studios. You are a studio-centric business driver that collaborates with the Fan Growth teams of Fan Care, Identity, and Loyalty to develop an innovative integration strategy. You communicate with all levels of the studio and EA to ensure alignment of business priorities. 

You lead a team whose activities you coordinate to support the releases and management of our major sports titles. You help organize the right opportunities, the right activities and the right timing across studio and Fan Growth. You create great relationships and are constantly evolving how your team supports and represents Fan Growth and our products, services, and capabilities to studios. You will collaborate with our Fan Growth teams to learn about product offerings, benefits, and roadmaps. You will evangelize our offerings to studios and how it aligns to their business priorities. 

You will work with studios to identify and implement opportunities to improve player experiences through a mix of identifying, nurturing, and growing studio relationships. You love the games in our sports portfolio and you understand player motivations and needs.  You will take your insight and contribute to the overall Fan Growth support and integration strategy. With your small and dynamic team you will identify opportunities for experience improvements, recommend and negotiate integrated proposals, and drive implementation plans from gate zero/concept through launch and onto the lifecycle of our games within the Sports portfolio of products. 

You are a strong, flexible communicator and are an expert at working with others on complex teams. You are a great facilitator and can present ideas clearly. Ideally, you have experience in the gaming industry, customer experience organizations, and you love EA Sports games.

Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with Entertainment Studios to understand their business, vision, and goals for growth. 
  • Succinctly convey Fan Growth’s competitive advantage and how our products and customer experience focus will grow revenue. 
  • Communicate and negotiate ways to improve experiences by connecting Fan Growth opportunities, products and services with studio objectives and global fan needs. 
  • Lead your team to document opportunities, integrate features into product briefs, and create operating plans across Fan Growth, studio, or any other contributing team
  • Facilitate any issues or concerns studios may have with products or services and arbitrate resolution
  • Through team drive plans for Fan Care, Identity and Loyalty activities related to game release schedules.
  • Through team track release and live service health of a title you support
  • Gain insight from the Experience Integration team on success and areas of improvement within the game
  • Build strong and effective relationships at the studio, within Fan Growth and across EA
  • Keep a pulse on studio and EA goals and roadmaps and communicate them back to Fan Growth
  • Know the technical and non-technical experience solutions available to our stakeholders and can successfully communicate them to our partner stakeholders
  • Ask thought-provoking questions to understand how to achieve success with our internal and external partners
  • Connect the dots between what’s happening in the business to how it impacts studios or players 
  • Track plans and changes to the game or game integration to communicate impact to all stakeholders

  • Problem SolvingYou’re able to solve problems. You are analytical, have an attention to detail, a critical thinker and use a logical approach to solving problems. 
  • Game Lifecycle: You are very familiar with the game development lifecycle. You are strong in post-launch reporting, planning, and monitoring. 
  • Game /Studio Knowledge: You are very familiar with the game studio structure, game development framework, and have deep knowledge of studios and their associated games. 

 

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). BASE SALARY RANGES

  • California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento)
    • $170,500 - $259,300 USD
  • Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs)
    • $180,100 - $237,200 USD
  • Jersey City, NJ
    • $202,600 - $259,300 USD
  • New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo)
    • $167,300 - $259,300 USD
  • Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane)
    • $167,300 - $238,500 USD

In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
