We are the AI Analytics group within the Data & Insights pillar of EA's CTO organization. Our mission is to maximize data and AI-powered products to accelerate and improve decision-making by enhancing experiences for both our players and teams.

You will be part of a team committed to uncovering insights that deliver outstanding player and employee experiences. We aim to be an excellent AI team in the analytics space, empowering decision-makers at every level with AI-driven solutions that promote collaboration, clarity, and strategic value.


The Role

As a Director of Product, AI Analytics, you will define and lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for EA's next-generation AI-powered analytics platforms. This role is based in Austin, TX with a hybrid work model.

You may lead a small team (1–2 direct reports), while also collaborating cross-functionally to deliver impactful and scalable enterprise-grade analytics tools.

You will report to the Head of AI Product within the AI Analytics organization.


What You'll Do

  • Shape Strategy: You will define, refine, and communicate the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery plans for scalable, Generative AI–based analytics products.

  • Drive Execution: You will build and prioritize the product backlog, assess requests, and deliver sprint-ready requirements that ensure smooth engineering delivery.

  • Lead Communication: You will lead demos, sprint reviews, and progress updates to align partners and senior leadership across the company.

  • Champion User Experience: You will partner with design and UX teams to create intuitive, inclusive experiences that unlock the full potential of AI for game creators.

  • Collaborate Across Departments: You will work with the AI Technologies team to build integrated, cross-platform capabilities that scale across the EA ecosystem.

  • Influence and Inspire: You will foster strong relationships and influence senior executives by communicating clearly, demonstrating product value, and delivering on commitments.

  • Deliver with Quality: You will ensure your team delivers secure, high-performing, and reliable products that meet both business timelines and user needs.


What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, including 3+ years in AI/ML or analytics platforms.

  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, agile practices, and full-stack product delivery.

  • Hands-on experience with both Generative AI and traditional AI/ML methods, with a passion for staying current with evolving technologies.

  • Familiarity with enterprise data architecture, design systems, and user-centered design principles.

  • Experience launching enterprise-grade products that bring measurable revenue.

  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences, with a focus on relationship-building.
