The Director of Strategic Analytics will report to the Senior Director of Strategic Planning and Intelligence. To guide decision-making and innovation, we are looking for a leader to partner closely with our Data and Analytics team, focusing specifically on the following four areas:


  • Behavioral Analytics: Lead comprehensive data-driven analyses to understand player behaviors, motivations, and evolving preferences, informing critical strategic decisions.
  • Enterprise Metric Design: Develop and define applicable metrics & KPIs for senior leadership, ensuring tracking of long-term strategic objectives and company performance.
  • AI Expansion: Guide the strategic implementation of AI within analytics, establish standardized workflows, promote best practices, and demonstrate measurable value from AI-driven analytics initiatives.
  • Data Strategy: Formulate and implement a best-in-class data strategy to fully leverage extensive datasets, enabling nuanced analysis and efficient utilization for training AI models at scale.


Your bring:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or analytics-driven roles.
  • Expertise in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning.
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Capable of clearly presenting complex analytics to diverse partners.
  • Passion for gaming and an understanding of gaming industry trends is highly advantageous.
  • Experience using AI tools to optimize and enhance existing workflows.


You will be on-site / hybrid (3 days per week) in either Redwood Shores or Del Rey's EA studio locations.
