Reports To: Head of Strategic Analytics and Intelligence

Who We Are:

The Corporate Strategy team drives EA's long-term growth and innovation. We turn bold ideas into tangible strategies, identify emerging opportunities, and develop the next generation of strategic leaders.

Our team thrives in three key areas:

  • Strategic Planning: Shaping EA's corporate strategy and aligning it with actionable business plans and franchise initiatives.

  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Delivering scaled insights that keep EA at the forefront of the interactive entertainment industry.

  • Leadership Development: Cultivating future leaders who drive impact across EA and beyond.

The Opportunity:

As the Director of Strategic Analytics, you will help guide enterprise decision-making and new ideas. You'll partner with EA's Data and Analytics organization to lead initiatives across four critical areas:

  • Enterprise Metric Design: You will design, implement, and socialize a unified set of strategic metrics and KPIs that empower executive leadership to track long-term objectives and company performance, driving their integration into executive decision-making and fostering alignment across game teams.

  • Behavioral Analytics: You will lead data-driven analyses to uncover insights into player behaviors, motivations, and evolving preferences – transforming these into strategic recommendations that guide EA's future direction and influence key decisions at the executive and game team levels.

  • AI Integration: You will drive the strategic adoption of AI tools and workflows to elevate analytics productivity and embed best practices across the business.

  • Data Strategy: You will act as a strategic advisor on enterprise-level data topics, including governance, AI applications, and analytics enablement, ensuring tight linkage with EA’s corporate strategy.

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, analytics, or data science, ideally within gaming, entertainment, or consumer technology.

  • Strong collaboration, with a proven ability to present complex analyses to non-technical audiences and drive integration of insights into executive decision-making.

  • Demonstrated success in influencing executive and cross-functional stakeholders in matrixed environments, especially to foster alignment on strategic priorities and KPIs.

  • Hands-on experience with SQL and managing large-scale datasets in an enterprise context.

  • Familiarity with modern data systems, cloud data platforms, and BI tools.

  • Comfort with predictive analytics and statistical modeling.

  • Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., machine learning, generative AI) to improve analytics workflows.

  • A passion for gaming and understanding of industry trends, player dynamics, and the evolving competitive landscape.

Why Join Us

  • You will shape the strategic direction of one of the world's most iconic gaming companies.

  • You'll work with leaders globally across analytics, studios, and corporate strategy.

  • You'll join a values-driven team that promotes collaboration, inclusion, intellectual rigor, and curiosity.

  • You will lead transformative work that influences how EA measures success and innovates through data.
