Location: Mexico City, Remote

The Manager, FC Football Partnerships - LATAM supports the development, execution and measurement of locally nuanced Football Partner activations for EA SPORTS FC in the LATAM region, with a focus on building relationships with partners in the market and delivering culturalized initiatives.

You will create localised approaches for our global campaign moments that resonate across LATAM. This means all the way from the first creative spark, to sketching out the idea, planning the campaign, supporting the development of photo and video shoots, asset creation, overseeing the go-live, and of course analysing performance to increase the impact by providing recommendations afterwards.

Your remit will include encouraging close relationships with local football partners and brands as part of our Football Partnerships and wider Partnerships Marketing team.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with LATAM football partners to build relationships and deliver activations that connect with football fans across the region.

  • Share local research and insights, activation development across LATAM marketing execution.

  • Work with our agency partners, contractors, and freelancers. Responsibilities include daily communications, briefing, and activity tracking.

  • Help develop wider EA SPORTS FC Marketing campaigns in LATAM, optimising and activating rights and supporting local partner teams.

You will report to the Director, Football Partnerships and will be an important contributor to the Franchise Strategy, Marketing, Partnerships and Communications Team(s) located across multiple timezones and territories.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years working in a sports marketing or sports partnerships function at a sports entity, brand or agency.

  • You will have experience collaborating with global teams and have experience using resources to help others.

  • You will diligently attend to details & pursue quality in completing tasks.

  • Verbal & written skills in Spanish, English and Portuguese.

  • Deep passion and expertise in LATAM football culture and a knowledge of the EA SPORTS FC portfolio of products.
