ERG Enablement Partner, Americas

Orlando

The ERG Enablement Partner (Americas) enables and operationalizes Employee Resource Groups across the Americas by operationalizing inclusive, scalable practices and serving as the primary contact for all operational and enablement needs related to assigned ERGs.

You will be the end-to-end operational owner for the ASPIRE, BEAT! and SOMOS ERGs, supporting ERG leaders across regions and being the central liaison between global strategy and regional execution. You will partner with the ERG Strategy Lead to ensure consistency and cohesion across EA's enterprise ERG ecosystem. You will analyze complex situations and turn insights into clear, relevant plans. You will build trust across teams to ensure consistency, understanding and cohesion across EA's enterprise ERG ecosystem. You will manage projects and adapt plans as needs evolve to ensure timeline delivery.  This is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week expected in our Orlando office, and reports to the Director, Global Inclusion.

Main Responsibilities

ERG Portfolio Ownership, POC & Strategic Partnership

• You are the single contact for all operational, enablement, and coordination needs for ASPIRE, BEAT! and SOMOS.

• Be the trusted operational advisor to ERG leaders, supporting planning, governance, prioritization, and execution.

• Partner with the ERG Strategy Lead to ensure ERG programming, operating practices, and governance align with enterprise ERG strategy and standards.

• Evaluate priorities, risks, and constraints; recommend trade-offs that maximize ERG impact while maintaining enterprise consistency.

• Balance global consistency with regional, cultural, legal, and regulatory considerations.

ERG Enablement & Infrastructure

With the ERG Strategy Lead and the ERG Enablement Partner (Global):

• You'll design and improve ERG leader onboarding, and enablement programs.

• Build ERG playbooks, toolkits, templates, operating models, and governance documentation.

• Use agile, test-and-learn approaches to pilot improvements and scale practices.

Program Operations

• Partner with the ERG Pillar Leads to support ERG activations, budgets, and vendor coordination for assigned ERGs.

• Coordinate with internal partners (People Experience, Communications, Finance, IT, and Legal) on behalf of ERGs to ensure efficient ways of working.

• Accomplish ERG activations compliantly.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

• Track participation, engagement, and ERG leader health metrics.

• Conduct retrospectives and summarize data into clear insights.

• Guide short-cycle operational improvements to enhance ERG effectiveness and experience.

Scope & Complexity (Americas)

• Be the primary operational owner and single contact for a portfolio of three enterprise ERGs (ASPIRE, BEAT!, SOMOS).

• Partner with the ERG Strategy Lead to localize enterprise ERG strategy across regions.

• Operate with autonomy in a complex, cross-cultural environment.

• Requires making decisions in complex situations involving legal, cultural, language, and time-zone differences.

• Role impact is global, supporting ERG operations across EA's international footprint to align practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management, employee engagement, or operations within a global organization.

• Work across regions, cultures, and time zones.

• You review information, make informed decisions, and influence partners to move work forward without direct authority.

• Comfortable with Agile and iterative delivery models.

• Experience supporting ERGs or inclusion programs.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
