Location: Geneva

Temporary Contract: 7 months

Modality: Part Time (3 days a week)

We are looking for a proactive EU Sales Account Team Coordinator to join our Global Partners Organization team and reporting into the Commercial Director European Distribution.

You will provide administrative support and data management, ensuring seamless operations and communication across departments.


Main Responsibilities:

Administrative Support and Data Management

  • Provide general support to the team to enhance efficiency.

  • Manage contact databases and client information

  • Manage account files and documentation. 

  • Support the team with the new skus set up, and prices changes (digital and packaged), updating the internal reports and communicating to external partners.

  • Ensure data accuracy and follow-ups to ensure deadlines are met.


General Team Support

  • Guide communication between Regional Account Managers and internal departments.

  • Respond to routine inquiries and redirect complex issues to appropriate managers.

  • Identify areas for process optimization and help implementing improvements.
