EA Create is a content production team collaborating with EA Studios to deliver outstanding visuals, audio, and technology. Our team comprises artists, engineers, technicians, designers, and development directors. Globally, we unite these teams into a group of imaginative individuals passionate about creating remarkable visuals, sound, and interactive experiences. We are a diverse team bonded through collaboration, culture, and craft.

We specialize in building large-scale game environments, incorporating cars, buildings, roads, trees, and props. The EA Create Worlds team’s ultimate goal is to craft exciting, interactive, and engaging worlds for players to explore.

EA Create KL is looking for a Environment Artist, Reporting to Team Leader.

 

Responsibilities

  • Create 3D game scenes, buildings, vehicles, and props.
  • Develop high-quality CG game art, ensuring it meets quality standards and turning concepts into final assets.
  • Balance artistic and technical skills while aligning with the vision provided by the art director, leads, or content creation guidelines.
  • Produce environment art content that meets project quality and efficiency standards.
  • Learn and adhere to the project's artistic style and content creation guidelines.
  • Establish art connections with the Shanghai team or game partners and seek resources to support task completion.

 

Qualifications

  • Adequate console/PC art production skills with experience in prop creation.
  • Proficiency in PBR texture workflows, high-poly to low-poly processes, and familiarity with at least one sculpting tool.
  • 3+ years of work experience.
  • Ability to improve quality and efficiency based on feedback.
  • Detail-oriented, patient, organized, and a quick learner.
  • Proactively identify blockers in tasks and seek support.
