United under the banner of Battlefield Studios, 4 world-class teams across Criterion, DICE, Motive, and Ripple Effect have come together to focus on the future of the franchise, a connected Battlefield universe filled with immersive experiences built on our unique DNA.

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and trusted Executive Assistant to support a Vice President and their leadership team.        Anticipating the VP's needs, gatekeeping, protecting focus time, and evaluating requests and ensuring the VP has relevant context, briefing materials, and background information before key meetings.

Support small projects or operational initiatives, ensuring timelines and deliverables stay on track.

You will arrange extensive and complex domestic and international travel, including visas, itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
