Our EA Experiences organization (XO) is dedicated to ensuring great experiences for our growing communities centered around our world-renowned brands, including fan-favorites like Apex, Battlefield, EA SPORTS FC, Madden NFL and The Sims, just to name a few. The Challenge Ahead
If you can manage complex projects, juggle competing priorities, and excel at helping leaders do more while working more efficiently, we might have the perfect role for you. Our Executives in EA Experiences (XO) need an excellent partner who understands what it takes to help senior leaders succeed. This role reports to executives at the VP level and is based in our EA Marina del Rey office.
What an Executive Assistant Does at EA
- Independently provide high-quality administrative support, anticipating the needs of the executives you support.
- Assume full ownership and management of calendars, including scheduling, confirming, and coordinating meetings, securing meeting space, and ensuring key attendees are included.
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including arranging for international visas.
- Track relevant travel and expense receipts for accurate accounting reconciliations. File and track reimbursements, credits, and refunds through to completion in the iExpense tool.
- Prepare, edit, and polish documents in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Engage professionally with high-level candidates and executive search firms, both in person and via email/phone.
- Handle highly confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Coordinate onsite and offsite events, from team gatherings to executive meetings.
- Understand key department functions and projects, providing monitoring and support for action items in progress
- Collaborate with other executive assistants to coordinate joint projects; serve as back-up for other EAs as needed.
- Process electronic purchase orders through iProcurement.
- Serve as Office Manager for XO at the EA Marina del Rey location, maintaining office supplies and coordinating site activities.
- Manage meeting room technology requests and ensure needed equipment and supplies are available.
- Oversee multiple special projects across departments and teams, including large-scale meetings, event planning for conferences and exhibitions, and partner meetings.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
The Next Great EA Executive Assistant Also Needs
- A proven track record supporting VPs or above for at least 3+ years in an executive-level capacity.
- The ability to work independently with little to no supervision, showing initiative, strong teamwork, and the foresight to anticipate and resolve issues before they escalate.
- Expertise in organizing complex domestic and international travel.
- A collaborative style that works effectively across all levels of the organization.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES
In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
