Your role

As an Experience Design Intern, you will report to the Sr. Manager, Service Design and Research within the Fan Growth organization. Made up of experience designers, design technologists, and sitting on a service design team, we are focused on holistically improving out-of-game customer experiences. You will work with our design team to understand user needs and design products for EA Help, EA Account, and more. Responsibilities

  • Learn to research, design, and prototype user experiences, create design mockups, wireframes and design presentations.
  • Leverage an end-to-end design mindset to understand what the right experience, for the right player, at the right time is, and design a product with that mindset.
  • Define experiences based on an understanding of product goals, business, customer, and user needs.
  • Develop an understanding of service design and customer experience, along with user experience design.
  • Collaborate with partners and stakeholders, presenting and receiving feedback on designs and concepts
  • Learn how to work with and expand a design system and interface with design technologists.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a graduate degree in design (HCI, HCD, or similar) or design-related field
  • A user experience design portfolio with at least one case study
  • An understanding of user experience principles, best practices and processes
