  • Translate character concepts into 3D assets that are ready for animation and game integration.

  • Support our internal and external character art teams, aligning with our project goals.

  • Assist us in guiding newer artists, promoting their growth within the team.

  • Participate in art reviews, offering feedback to enhance our team’s performance.

  • Help us set and maintain quality standards for all character art in the game.

  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure our character assets meet quality expectations.

  • Perform modeling, texturing, and sculpting tasks to create detailed and lifelike characters.

Experience Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in realistic character art. Please include a link to your portfolio in your resume.

  • Experience working with 3D character scan data.

  • Proficiency in software such as Maya, 3ds Max, Photoshop, ZBrush, Substance Painter, and Marvelous Designer.

  • Experience collaborating with diverse teams, including technical artists, engineers, and riggers.

  • Current knowledge of industry-standard tools, workflows, and techniques.

  • In-depth experience with human anatomy, clothing construction, and topology.

  • Awareness of rigging, animation, and facial animation’s impact on character models.

  • Experience in document workflows for team use.

  • Experience sharing best practices and supporting a positive team culture.
