Key Responsibilities

The Senior Publishing Manager will oversee all commercial aspects of the FC Mobile Vietnam service, including:

  • Develop and implement the publishing strategy for FC Mobile in Vietnam to achieve targets, drive long-term growth, and enhance player value.
  • Collaborate with the studio and operator to forecast revenue by monitoring in-game metrics and market insights.
  • Lead initiatives with a commercial and local focus to accelerate EA’s growth, identify opportunities, and address risks in Vietnam.
  • Work closely with the operator and EA studio to align and execute publishing strategies, ensuring seamless execution and fostering strong relationships.
  • Act as the liaison between the operator, studio, and EA stakeholders, managing relationships and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Analyze and communicate business, product, and service insights to ensure understanding and drive execution.
  • Research and analyze market data to provide insights for growth, advocating for EA stakeholders.
  • As the market expert, represent local community interests within EA and share competitor insights to highlight the uniqueness of the local market.
     
     

Qualifications

  • 7 years of experience in the gaming, IT, or entertainment industry, preferably in publishing, product and partner management, consulting, or business development.
  • Must have in-depth insights and career experience in online games, specializing in Vietnamese publishing and live services. 
  • Passion and understanding of the gaming and/or sports industry, with experience in leading a product launch or go-to-market project from planning to achieving business targets.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, synthesizing insights into actionable strategies and plans.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and function effectively with multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing multiple time-sensitive agendas and solving problems.
  • Culturally sensitive and a strong collaborator.
  • Proficient in English and Vietnamese.
