Financial Analyst - Battlefield

Austin, TX or Orlando, FL - Hybrid

Role Overview

Our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team provides strategic and financial partnership to EA's Leadership team. We achieve this through engaging with our partners to understand our broad strategy, provide strategic decision support, and deliver insights to guide EA's performance.

We are looking for a proactive and passionate analyst to join the Battlefield Publishing FP&A team. As part of the team, you will support the Battlefield FP&A and Battlefield studio teams. This hybrid role, defined as 3 or more days in the office, reports to the Senior Finance Manager – Battlefield Publishing.

What You'll Do

  • Partner effectively with our FP&A team, business partners, and cross functional partners.

  • Support financial reviews with budget owners for annual plan, forecast, and month-end close activities.

  • Ensure up-to-date forecast revisions, including variance investigation (revenue through margin and marketing).

  • Support overall Battlefield financial reporting and consolidation activities.

  • Ensure compliance with EA's policies and procedures.

Experience and Technical Skills 

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Experience communicating analytical findings for a range of audiences.

  • MS Excel and PowerPoint expertise.

  • Knowledge of Anaplan, Power BI, and Tableau or similar systems
