Reporting to the Senior Fraud Manager, you will help maintain an analytics and incident-based security analysis program focused on organized fraud, cheating and account security within the EA Player Security team. Your responsibilities will include using analytical skills to identify insights. Proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL) is important for data analysis. You will also be asked to help maintain reporting for the program and team and do investigative work to solve escalations with data-driven results. We are looking for a candidate with a unique combination of security expertise, attention to detail approach and collaboration. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research by applying advanced SQL queries to extract valuable insights. Use these insights to provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Work with our Operations team to help maintain daily review, escalations, and investigation

  • Collaborate with internal partners to represent as central security and support recommend improvement opportunities.

  • Help gather and document requirements, suggest internal prioritization, help manage ticket progress, and conduct validation tested.

  • Monitor health of main player security metrics, research further for important anomalies detected, and coordinate policy and modeling support.

  • Support visualization dashboards and associated data aggregation.

 

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of analytics experience required

  • 1+ years of reporting, knowledge of Tableau and Looker

  • Proficient experience in Structured Query Language (SQL)

  • Experienced with JIRA/JAAS, and MS Products

  • Be proficient in Microsoft excel (can perform complex functions)

  • Knowledge of payment fraud and account security practices

  • Bachelor's degree in analytics related field or equivalent professional experience.

 

Bonus:

  • Knowledge of account security and gaming industry

  • Python or similar type coding language
