Job Responsibilities:

- Plan and design game systems, and track requirements.

- Coordinate with engineers, artists, and QA testers during development.

- Use data analysis and user feedback to suggest game improvements and optimizations.

- Expertly utilize office software to draft comprehensive game design documents.

- Facilitate collaboration to implement plans, including reviews, development support, integration testing, resource submission, and QA testing assistance. 


Qualifications:

- Passionate about football.

- 2-6 years of game design experience in the Chinese gaming industry.

- Experience in launching and operating at least one mobile game.

- Strong execution and practical experience in game development.

- Creative, analytical, and team-oriented.

- Familiar with systems, mechanics, narrative, level, and scripting design.

- Strong understanding of player psychology and market analysis.

- Excellent teamwork and work habits.

- Proficient in written English communication.
