Job Responsibilities

  • Design and refine football gameplay and related system plans based on project goals and requirements.
  • Provide clear design documents to ensure logical consistency.
  • Work closely with programmers, artists, testers, and other teams to push the implementation of design plans.
  • Follow up on feature implementation during development and adjust designs in time to ensure the final experience.
  • Collect and analyze user feedback and data, and propose optimization plans.
  • Participate in version iterations to continuously enhance the playability and immersion of core gameplay.
  • Proficiently use office and design tools to write design documents.

 

Job Requirements

  • Passionate about football or football-related games, with relevant interest or accumulated experience.
  • Able to propose innovative and feasible gameplay ideas.
  • Clear thinker, able to analyze design problems through data and phenomena.
  • Team-oriented and able to efficiently drive design implementation.
  • Strong execution ability to follow through the full process from design to launch.
  • Proficient English oral communication skills.
  • Proficient English writing ability, able to produce high-quality design documents.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of real-world football rules, tactics, and player characteristics.
  • Experience in football or sports game projects.
  • Awareness of player communities, competition rules, and esports.
  • Familiarity with the gameplay logic of other mainstream games.
