Game Product Manager

(Game Systems & Feature Design)

Join Covet Fashion, a mobile free-to-play game, and help shape the future of fashion lifestyle gaming. We're looking for a Senior Game Product Manager with a background in mobile games to guide redesign of core features, game economy, social mechanics and in-game content.

Role Overview:

As a Game Product Manager, you'll collaborate with the Director of Product, Analysts, Engineers, and Artists to design and refine core game systems and features for Covet Fashion. You will write detailed specifications, lead feature development, and ensure agreement on player engagement and monetization goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead redesign efforts for core game economy and progression systems.
  • Work with Analysts to conceptualize and refine features that enhance player engagement.
  • Write concise, detailed feature specifications and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement development plans.
  • Ensure features align with the unique nature of the game and contribute to player retention and monetization.
  • Implement A/B testing and analyze data to measure feature performance, iterating based on results.
  • Conduct post-mortems to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to help Live Ops team improve a multi-week content schedule.
  • Reporting to the Director of Product, communicate clear roadmaps and execution plans for game systems and features.
  • Coordinate with Development teams to ensure feature delivery within scope and technical constraints.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in Product Management or Game Design, with a focus on mobile games and live services.
  • Ability to use data and player insights to guide mobile game development and improve KPIs.
  • Experience writing feature specifications and working with mobile development teams.
  • Experience analyzing player's data, A/B testing and behavior analysis in a mobile context.
  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
  • Experience presenting plans and roadmaps to senior leadership.
  • Understanding of mobile game mechanics, player motivations, and the competitive landscape.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). BASE SALARY RANGES

  • British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria)
    • $89,300 - $123,000 CAD

In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
