Gameplay Quality Producer - EA SPORTS™ FC

We are looking for a Gameplay Quality Producer to join our EA Sports FC team. The Quality Producer’s mission is to help create the most engaging and fun in-game experience for our players. You will have a mix of football knowledge and a broad understanding of FC Gameplay mechanics. Understanding of the game and drive/passion to improve it are important qualities. You will combine video games, football, high-level direction, and prioritization for the Gameplay team. This role will report to the Game Design Director.
 
Your Responsibilities
  • Play FC game competitively in Ultimate Team Rivals and Weekend League.
  • Give concise and helpful feedback to help improve all aspects of the gameplay experience.
  • Communicate key gameplay issues and potential meta developments with Production team.
  • Playtest and evaluate patch changes to address key issues based on community feedback.


Your Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of football (soccer) and the EA SPORTS™ FC video game.
  • Current high level FC player at Elite Division level in Ultimate Team Rivals.
  • In-depth understanding of gameplay mechanics and features in FC.
  • Awareness of community sentiment and the prevailing in-game meta.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES

* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) * $55,800 - $74,300 CAD

 In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and extended health/dental/vision coverage and basic life insurance.
