Our Data and Analytics (DnA) is looking for a Senior Technical Program/Project Manager/Development Director with experience in Software Development working remotely. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Technical Project Management, you will create the strategy and execution of multiple projects across our internal projects such as infrastructure and data architecture. This is an incredible opportunity to act as an engagement manager who would consult with partners to better understand needs and ensure delivery of service(s).

  • What a Sr. Technical Program/Project Manager/Development Director does at EA: A Development Director manages a variety of disciplines including Data architects, product managers, software developers, QA, Analysts and other partners. DDs are the keepers of the project schedule. You will work with our partners to ensure that project is delivered on time, to quality, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Be an engagement manager with partners by understanding their needs and helping build a foundation for successful engagement.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with internal or external stakeholders.
  • Develop roadmap by partnering with our teams, partners and bring it through to completion.
  • Identify resourcing needs and proactively manage risks
  • Provide regular status reporting on progress.
  • Develop and maintain project key performance indicators that track project quality, delivery and predictability.
  • Mitigate risk for team, resource allocation, forecast.
  • Motivate the team and promote collaboration.
  • Build processes and efficiencies.

Qualifications:

  • You have experience managing large programs in a distributed team environment (10+ years).
  • You have experience managing Technical project managers
  • You have experience in Atlassian Suite (Jira, JAAS)
  • You are a pro in Google Suite
  • You love working with teams, you value diversity, equity and Inclusion
  • Enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and a hunger for learning new techniques

Ceci ne s’applique pas au Québec. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). BASE SALARY RANGES

  • British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria)
    • $160,200 - $229,100 CAD

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
