Global Agency Development Manager

New York – Hybrid 

The Office of the CXO (oCXO) at EA Experiences is dedicated to enhancing organizational effectiveness. The Global Agency Development Manager supports the growth of EA Advertising by managing day-to-day relationships with holding companies and independent agencies. You will help increase adoption of EA's advertising solutions across franchises, live services, and sports-led cultural moments. You will report to the Head of Global Agency Development & Ad Tech Partnerships. This role follows a hybrid work model with a frequent in-office presence to support in-person collaboration and meetings. The position also requires regular travel, approximately once per month.

What You Will Do:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with leading agency partners and holding companies, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic collaborator.
  • Champion EA Advertising solutions by helping agencies discover innovative opportunities across in-game advertising, live services, and high-impact franchise moments.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams to align agency objectives with EA's evolving advertising capabilities and long-term vision.
  • Support strategic media investment planning across EA's world-class portfolio, including EA SPORTS and other live-service franchises.
  • Drive revenue growth by helping unlock pipeline opportunities and coordinating deals
  • Lead agency education efforts through briefings, workshops, and product updates that showcase the value and effectiveness of EA Advertising solutions.
  • Monitor partnership performance, investment levels, and campaign outcomes, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends across gaming, media, advertising, and technology, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to client conversations.

What You'll Bring

  • 6+ years of experience in agency partnerships, advertising sales, media platforms, account management, or related roles within digital media, gaming, technology, or entertainment.
  • A proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Analytics.
  • Experience supporting revenue growth initiatives, account planning, business development, or pipeline management.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising, with familiarity in areas such as in-game advertising, live services, gaming media, or emerging advertising technologies.

Pay Transparency - North America

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES
* New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo) *$122,300 - $176,200 USD

Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
