Global Agency Partner – Ad Tech supports the growth of EA Advertising by managing relationships with advertising technology, data, identity, and measurement partners that allow scaled agency investment across EA's advertising ecosystem. You will report to the Head of Global Agency Development & Ad Tech Partnerships. This role follows a hybrid work model, with a mix of working from home and working from an EA office.


Responsibilities:

  • You will manage ongoing relationships with Ad Tech, data, identity, and measurement partners that support Role SummaryEA Advertising.

  • You will help agencies understand and adopt EA's advertising technology solutions across in-game advertising, live services, and franchise-based moments.

  • You will work with Product, Engineering, Sales, Analytics, and Legal teams to support Ad Tech integrations and partnership execution.

  • You will support onboarding, enablement, and ongoing coordination with Ad Tech partners in consideration of agency and advertiser needs.

  • You will translate technical capabilities into clear, agency-ready value propositions that support advertiser confidence and scale.

  • You will assist with revenue growth programs by supporting technology-enabled pipeline development and deal execution.

  • You will help track partnership progress and support reporting tied to performance, adoption, and measurement outcomes.

  • You will stay informed on Ad Tech, data, and media industry trends and bring relevant insights into agency and internal conversations.

  • You will collaborate with a player-first mindset to ensure advertising solutions enhance the player experience.


Qualifications:

  • You have 4+ years of experience working with Ad Tech, data, identity, measurement platforms, or media technology within advertising, gaming, or technology environments.

  • You have experience collaborating across teams, including product, engineering, sales, analytics, and legal.

  • You have supported technology partnerships, integrations, or platform adoption projects.

  • You understand digital advertising concepts, including measurement, data enablement, and performance outcomes.


Pay Transparency - North America

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES
* New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo) *$96,400 - $140,800 USD

In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
