We’re looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Global Partners Channels, Ecosystem Lead to serve as the internal champion on PC and Console platforms. This individual will bring deep expertise across platform features, player journeys, marketing ecosystems, and channel opportunities, supporting strategic planning and daily optimisation.

As the go-to expert, you'll summarise platform performance insights, identify new growth levers (e.g., merchandising, live service engagement, cross-sell, promotion), and collaborate closely with internal teams and platform partners to shape and share the evolution of our presence across these ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Expertise & Strategy

  • Serve as the internal expert on PC and Console platform features, marketing capabilities, player touchpoints, and content distribution models.
  • Maintain a clear, current view of the platform eco-system, including the end-to-end player journey across each platform, and how best to leverage each channel to enhance discovery, engagement and monetisation.
  • Track EA and its competitors and share best practices across platforms to ensure our strategies reflect current capabilities and evolving trends.

Performance Insights & Optimisation

  • Develop recommendations to optimize partner channel usage, utilizing revenue attribution models to assess and enhance partner performance.
  • Regularly analyse and report platform-specific performance across merchandising, campaigns, and engagement.

  • Highlight trends, surface opportunities and identify underutilised features or growth levers (e.g., cross-selling, upselling, bundles, trials, live service strategies).
  • Recommend and prioritise areas for feature development or operational improvement across platform channels.

Collaboration with Internal Teams & Partners

  • Partner with commercial account teams and marketing cross functional teams to shape platform strategies that align with broader goals.
  • Work closely with platform partners (e.g., Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, Epic) to stay informed on roadmap updates, promotional opportunities, and ecosystem shifts.
  • Co-create presentations and business cases to highlight platform evolution ideas, new merchandising and partnership opportunities.
  • Work closely with analytics teams to translate performance data into meaningful insights that guide strategy and action. Leverage a strong understanding of platform metrics, player behaviour, and campaign results to build compelling narratives that drive impact. Package these insights into clear, actionable stories tailored for platform partners, supporting business cases, content proposals, and partnership growth opportunities.

Communication & Enablement

  • Deliver regular updates and briefings to cross-functional teams on platform performance, new features, and ecosystem changes.
  • Create and maintain internal documentation and guidance on platform capabilities and recommended use cases.
  • Act as a bridge between external platform partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in digital product strategy, games publishing, platform relations, or digital merchandising roles.
  • Experience working directly with major platform partners (Xbox, PlayStation, Steam, Epic Games Store) is highly advantageous.
  • Proven track record in using data analytics tools and platforms to inform strategy and optimise digital storefront performance.
  • Proven relationship management skills and experience navigating complex partnerships.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Deep understanding of PC and Console platforms, including storefront management, content strategies, live-service models, and player engagement strategies.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking with the ability to identify growth levers such as merchandising, promotional planning, cross-selling, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Strong analytical and interpretative skills, comfortable using and presenting performance data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills; adept at creating and delivering narratives for internal teams and external partners.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES

* California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento) * $122,400 - $176,300 USD
* Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane) * $115,700 - $163,100 USD

In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
