Global Talent Brand Specialist

Electronic Arts

Orlando, Los Angeles – Dey Rey, Redwood City, Vancouver

Most companies call it HR. But at Electronic Arts, we made the deliberate decision to brand our organization People Experience (PE). PE is not just a play on words: it's a team of cultural stewards who carefully create programs and talent strategies that directly impact our teams' experience. For the better. We enable our People to achieve the most meaningful work of their careers.

The Employee Experience Team focuses on creating experiences that delight throughout the employee journey, from first impressions to hiring and beyond. We enhance employee programs using design principles, support hybrid work effectiveness, create content using authentic employee stories, deliver a world-class orientation program, and ensure a consistent talent brand both externally and within our programs. Collaborating across the People Experience organization, we also research and propose new initiatives that continue to make EA an employer of choice. Our team includes specialists in programs and operations, HR and learning, and brand marketing, copywriting, and design.

You will report to the Director, Global Talent Brand & Experience, and create content that brings EA's talent brand to life across the candidate and employee experience journey. You will ensure our talent brand is carried across external channels like LinkedIn and CRM campaigns to our internal employee programs. This is a 12-month temporary assignment requiring hybrid work, with the expectation of working at one of our designated offices.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage EA's LinkedIn content calendar, including planning, posting, community engagement, and reporting
  • Create and coordinate EVP-aligned content for recruiting, employee experience, and talent brand campaigns across internal and external channels
  • Partner with our design team to develop compelling, on-brand assets and copy
  • Support storytelling and brand activation efforts by collaborating with partners across Studios, Talent Acquisition, People Experience, and Brand Communications & Impact
  • Manage editorial planning tools to track content, campaigns, and priorities
  • Collect and analyze performance metrics, summarizing insights to improve content effectiveness
  • Provide feedback and quality checks on partner-developed content aligned with our talent brand and EVP

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in Employer Brand, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience writing and editing engaging content for social and digital platforms
  • Experience managing or supporting branded social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn), including scheduling and basic performance tracking
  • Familiarity with project management or content planning tools (e.g., Airtable, Asana, or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple deliverables across channels, programs, and workstreams
  • Collaborative, proactive, and creative — comfortable working across teams and partners
