Global Travel Program Manager
EA’s Global Travel Function oversees many bodies of work to enable purposeful travel, providing a best in class journey experience.
Reporting to the Senior Global Travel Manager you will be based in North America and will be responsible for the internal travel program and partnership management.
Deliver the internal-facing global travel program, our core work that makes us run:
Deliver the annual travel policy refresh
You’ll be the expert for program & policy queries
Drive the annual traveler and admin surveys, analyzing results and recommend improvements
Drive & document processes and process improvements
Your most valued partner: To enable an effective partnership with our Global TMC, work in lock-step with the Global Travel Operations Manager, aligning on clear deliverables and travel program success.
Program Communication: You will create traveler facing communications, maintain the Travel intranet pages and support our valued admin community or designated point of contacts with travel information and education aligning with company standards
Work with our amazing Internal Partners: You will serve as the main contact for ad-hoc projects driven by internal partners, representing the global travel function to establish best practice and alignment to our pillars. Responsible for the on-going management and partnership of completed projects.
Finance Partner support: You will manage monthly central credit card reconciliations in all markets and work with the EA finance teams assisting with travel expense queries
Supplier Program support: You will support the process for managing and maximizing preferred supplier benefits use, with the aim to surprise and delight travelers
General administrative tasks including ad-hoc travel reports, invoice processing, multiple data sources analysis, project plan creation.
Attend regular meetings with all partners, internal and external, establishing relationships with a diverse group of people
Competencies:
Experience in travel management is essential, with a minimum 10 years of professional experience, preferable within a corporate buyer / travel manager role with global scope.
Personal effectiveness: has a 'can do' mentality, open and flexible, and works with little management in a distributed team
You will be accountable: Understand the little things matter when delivering the best experience
You will be curious. Not afraid to ask questions or raise concerns but creative in delivering collaborative solutions
Location: Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Vancouver
This is a Hybrid position with 2-3 days a week in the office
Travel may be required (10%). You will have the legal right to work in the United States
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). BASE SALARY RANGES
In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
