IT supports diverse enterprise needs from game development to marketing and publishing with solutions that foster creativity and productivity. As a member of EAIT, you'll help empower EA's employees and ensuring the smooth operation of a global digital entertainment leader.

As an IT Service Specialist, you will perform administrative and desktop support work within our EA Vancouver desktop team.

Your role will require an independent mentality and will require proactive collaboration with L2 and L3 desktop techs. Position to participate in IT communities focused on knowledge sharing. Due to the nature of the support role, the work is 100% on-site.

You will report to the IT Asset Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Help manage hardware resources of our enterprise organization.
  • Manage large datasets related to IT asset management.
  • Detailed tracking and coordination of hardware movements.
  • Providing regular status reports to IT Asset Manager.
  • Your role will be 100% onsite in our studio in Burnaby.

Qualifications:

  • 1 or more years of experience in asset management, procurement and IT hardware.
  • Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) knowledge and skillset, ability to create reports, manage and manipulate data sets, create modular and scalable organizational/administrative documents.
  • Experience with Power BI considered a bonus.
  • Familiarity with SQL or database management considered a bonus.
  • Experience with PC client workstation hardware, operating systems, development game consoles, printers, mobile devices, applications, networking.
  • Administrative, planning, and workload-management skill will be necessary for daily operations.
  • Willingness to grow and improve their customer delivery skills, and broaden their skill base.
  • Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting would be a welcome bonus!

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES

* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$66,100 - $90,400 CAD

 In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and extended health/dental/vision coverage and basic life insurance.
