EA's Fan Care organization is looking for an Integrated Marketing & Communications Manager to join our fan engagement team. You will plan and implement the marketing and communications calendar for our fan engagement program. You will partner across EA with the Brand and Studio teams to develop compelling campaigns that improve the customer experience. You will report to the Director of Engagement Programs.

You will be part of EA’s customer experience organization, Fan Care. Fan Care strives to make EA known for taking care of its players. We’re players taking care of players and people talking to people – whenever, wherever, and however they need us. 

If this job is for you, you’ll have experience creating marketing and communication campaigns and promotions for consumer-focused brands across multiple channels. All parts of the marketing funnel excite you, from brand activations to lifecycle campaigns.

So how does the Integrated Marketing & Communications Manager make great experiences for players? They:

  • Have a fan-centric mindset

  • Are a brand advocate who is a champion of the fan experience

  • Have a passion for gaming and community 

Day-to-day work includes: 

  • Designing and implementing marketing campaigns including digital, CRM, and field marketing campaigns

  • Working with our marketing and studio teams to create giveaways and promotions

  • Executing promotions and campaigns across multiple channels (in-game, email, social, etc)

  • Partnering with community management to drive meaningful community engagement

  • Creating brand activations and messaging that directly impact the player experience

  • Partnering with our data and analytics team to quantify the impact of those campaigns

If you’re interested in this role, you’ll need these skills or experiences:

  • 4+ years of product, lifecycle, or field marketing experience (in-house or agency)

  • Comfortable using data to understand campaign performance to drive improvement

  • Familiar with the test-and-learn approach to program management

  • Experience building marketing campaign calendars across multiple channels 

  • Passionate about how community engagement drives fan experience

  • Work collaboratively with many different disciplines
