The International Brand Manager FRB: Battlefield will report to the International Brand Lead EU-LATAM in Stockholm.

International Brand Marketing 

The International Brand Marketing Team, which sits within the EA Publishing Team guides the connection of Global Brands to local audiences in culturally meaningful ways for the business. We are responsible for the go to market integrated omni-channel campaign planning and execution ensuring European and Latin American markets achieve aligned plans as part of an overarching worldwide strategy. We aim to deliver investments which increase growth and we are on a mission to find a successful marketer who can develop and execute channel marketing activations across the France & Benelux region for the Battlefield franchise. A list of specific responsibilities and qualifications you will need for this role can be found below.

Responsibilities

  • You will develop and execute marketing campaigns for France & Benelux that increase brand awareness and consumer engagement.

  • You will be the in-market brand lead, ensuring all consumer-facing content is on-brand, insight-driven, culturally relevant and meet local regulatory requirements.

  • Use data, market intelligence, and player insights to identify opportunities and shape go-to-market strategies for launches and live services.

  • Partner with global and local teams (PR, Media, Events, Social, Creators, Community) and agencies to create integrated campaigns that balance creative impact with measurable results.

  • Manage agency relationships end-to-end, setting clear briefs, providing feedback, and ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.

  • Analyze campaign performance, market trends, and competitive activity to inform decisions and increase outcomes.

  • Develop local partnerships that extend reach, strengthen cultural relevance, and support our goals.

  • Manage non-media budgets for France & Benelux, ensuring effective allocation, accurate tracking, and compliance with internal processes.

  • Contribute to mid- and long-term growth plans, combining commercial goals with bold brand thinking.

Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Understanding of the France & Benelux markets (France required), with the ability to translate local insights, consumer behavior, and trends into applicable marketing inputs.

  • Experience in brand marketing and end-to-end campaign delivery across multiple channels.

  • Experience managing agencies and versatile projects, with the ability to coordinate timelines, workflows, and partners.

  • Digital marketing expertise with a full-funnel mindset, including familiarity with indicators, campaign optimization, and performance tracking.

  • Experience working in international, matrixed environments, with fluency in English to collaborate across global teams.

  • Financial awareness, including experience managing marketing budgets and understanding main commercial drivers at a local level.

  • Business mindset, with the ability to connect marketing activities to broader goals.

  • Interest in gaming; experience in the gaming industry.

Other Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience leading multi-channel (360) marketing plans, within entertainment, gaming, or technology.

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
