Reports to: International Brand Lead, EU LATAM

Join us at Electronic Arts, where we inspire the world to play and connect millions through iconic franchises. You will report to our International Brand Lead, EU LATAM, and help us build meaningful connections between global brands and local audiences in France and Benelux. Our team values creativity, inclusion, and collaboration as we shape the future of interactive entertainment.

Responsibilities:

  • You will use data and market intelligence to identify country-specific insights and inform go-to-market strategies for launches and live services across The Sims, Skate, Marvel, Star Wars, and more.

  • You will lead omni-channel campaign planning and execution, ensuring activations reflect strategy briefs and comply with local regulations.

  • You will manage local agency partners and collaborate with internal partners to deliver integrated campaigns, maintaining brand standards and strategic intent.

  • You will manage non-media budgets for France and Benelux, including planning and tracking activations, and ensuring compliance with internal processes and legal approvals.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of brand marketing and campaign management experience, including agency and project management.

  • Experience leveraging market intelligence to translate local consumer behaviour and trends into actionable marketing inputs.

  • Digital marketing expertise with a full-funnel mindset and strong grasp of KPIs and campaign performance tracking.

  • High fluency in English and deep understanding of France and Benelux markets; experience in international, matrixed organizations.
