Reports to: Manager, Protective Investigations

Our diverse global team of experienced experts in the Global Physical Security & Resilience (GPSR) program at EA works with our partners to provide for the safety and security of employees, assets, events, and guests through vigilance, prevention, and response.

Summary

You will assist and conduct internal and external investigations globally, including threats to EA employees (including key employee protection), facilities, and events.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct the identification, investigation, and case management of threats to our employees, facilities, and players, including the collection and analysis of social media, open source, and proprietary information to help guide investigations. 

  • Ensure investigation reports to internal and external customers are clear and concise, and maintain professional relationships with partners including law enforcement, public safety, intelligence, and investigative organisations.

  • Conduct threat briefings for a variety of levels of customers as requested (by phone, video conference, in-person briefing, or industry conference). 

  • Develop, track, and maintain reporting of statistical and written analysis of user threats, incidents, and investigations for management review.

You will have the following expertise

  • Open Source and Social Media research and investigation skills specific to a corporate high-tech environment.

  • Capable of conducting data analysis on complex data sets to produce insights and actionable recommendations.

  • Familiarity of threat assessment and mitigation strategies.

  • Strong and effective communication skills, including providing high-level briefings.

Required Experience

  • You have junior to mid-weight level experience in a similar role within a Global Corporate Security Team, law enforcement, or military organisation.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or combination of requisite experience and education.
