Production Coordinator 


Electronic Arts 

The Growth Marketing Content Production Team plans, creates, and delivers compelling creative content to empower EA’s brand go-to-market strategies across global channels. Our industry-leading expertise in computer graphics and design, VFX, storytelling and editorial, directing, and producing delivers content that represents and expands our franchise strategies, lore, and gameplay insight and brings call-to-action excitement to our fans and players worldwide. 


As a Production Coordinator, you will work closely with the Cinematic Producer, report to the Senior Manager of operations, and provide a range of administrative support to the Production Execution team and their partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage communications between the Growth Marketing Cinematics and Screenshots teams and Brand/Strategy and Execution Producers

  • Manage work schedules and multiple calendars ensuring there are no conflicts.

  • Track current productions and approvals from creative concept through to delivery daily.

  • Oversee to-do lists, action items, and deadlines for the team.

  • Respond to Slack and email inquiries.

  • Attend production meetings with cross-functional teams to gather and distill information, track timelines, and prepare meeting notes and action feedback.

  • Reach out to key contacts and assist with people resource management.

  • Follow up on requests, complete administrative errands, and keep our leaders accountable.

 

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of Production Coordinator experience working in a fast-paced environment.

  • You are a communicator who can articulate clear feedback with all levels of the business.

  • You can drive conversation and initiate action from others

  • You are all about the details! You ask curious questions and follow up on requests with ease.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). PAY RANGES

  • British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria)
    • $55,800 - $74,300 CAD

In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and after 3 months of service - extended health/dental/vision coverage and basic life insurance.
