Line Producer - Data Collection & Licensing - EA SPORTS FC

Summary:

As the Line Producer for Data Collection & Licensing, you will lead the team that is responsible for the authenticity of the franchise experiences, collaborating with other development leaders and partner teams to maintain our licensing product roadmaps, and to provide and evolve the use of our authentic data and assets. You will report directly to the Production Director of FC Premium Live.

This is a hybrid remote/in-office role.

Responsibilities:

  • You will ensure authentic data (for example, Player Ratings) and assets (for example, Adboards or Jerseys) are provisioned to the development teams and their live services.

  • You will represent and manage development teams' authenticity licensing interests and needs and be the voice of authenticity with internal stakeholders like Business Development, Marketing, Legal and others.

  • You will evolve and level up the craft, the processes, the technology, and the personnel to ensure it satisfies the longer term needs of the Franchise.

  • You will maintain the team vision and roadmaps with clearly defined targets and communicate statuses, risks, and needs.

  • You will establish the OKRs for your team that align with the organizational and franchise KRs, being accountable for the operational KPIs of your domain.

  • You will work with key technical partners to foster and evolve automation processes and pipelines and identify new areas to drive for scalability across the team.


Qualifications:

  • You are an experienced Producer or Product Manager with 10+ years of experience in data technology/collection/processing, sports licensing and/or game production focused roles.

  • You have a proven track record leading 50+ people teams.

  • You have a passion for continuous improvements.

  • You consistently use data and insights to inform decision-making, planning and roadmapping.

  • Football, data, video games, and the player experience are passions of yours.
