We are looking for a Live Operations Specialist to join the Skate team. You will report to the Live Operations Producer. In this role you will...
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Design to create requirements for dynamic and scalable monetization and engagement features.
Translate design concepts and specifications into new or improved tool requirements using live serviceable pipelines.
Manage data across multiple Pre-Production server environments to support scheduled releases and live game updates.
Work with designers on database versioning and implementing final content and conditioning for live feature and content updates.
Promote the improvement of tools, and request new tools for the benefit of Live Operations efficiency by working with Online Engineers and Live Service partners.
Stay up to date with live ops best practices and promote them throughout the team.
Qualifications:
You have 2+ years on a live service game in a Live Operations or equivalent role.
You have experience implementing engaging live events or live content.
You can demonstrate an understanding of quantitative and qualitative player feedback, and how it can inform data-driven decision-making.
You can collaborate with multiple people and game areas, from marketing artists to engineers.
You have experience managing more complex databases, spreadsheets, and version control systems.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES
In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and extended health/dental/vision coverage and basic life insurance.
