The future of entertainment is interactive, and our Live Services Marketing team plays an important role in this future by building content, culture, and community around our brands. We empower audiences to Play, Create, Watch, and Connect across our amazing franchises and experiences, including FC, Madden NFL, College Football, The Sims, Battlefield, Plants vs. Zombies, Design Home, Star Wars, Sim City, Golf Clash, Pogo, and more. We’re a multi-functional group, with world-class expertise in building fandoms, driving interactive storytelling, and positioning our franchises at the center of the broader entertainment ecosystem.
Reporting to the Director of Creative Production or a designated mentor, you will support HD Creative Producers across multiple EA HD and Console titles. Assist with timelines, reviews, and delivery of marketing assets across internal teams, external agencies, and licensors. Help organize materials, track progress, and keep stakeholders aligned. This rotation across titles gives you broad exposure to different game genres and to varied studio and team structures and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Support HD Creative Producers across multiple game titles with schedules, tracking, reviews, and deliveries
- Maintain production schedules, status trackers, and meeting notes
- Help prepare creative briefs, pull references, and organize source materials from studios
- Coordinate file sharing and version control using Google Drive, Frame.io, and AirTable
- Gather and consolidate feedback from Product Marketing, Brand, Licensors, Legal, and UA
- Assist with vendor coordination, meeting logistics, and basic bid comparisons using team templates
- Log purchase orders and invoices and update simple budget trackers under guidance
- QA assets for specs, aspect ratios, durations, captions, and naming standards
- Support localization workflows and deliveries to regional teams
- Prep review materials and agendas and track decisions and next steps
- Keep asset libraries and documentation current and easy to find
What You Will Learn:
- End to end creative production for performance marketing and live service campaigns
- How different game genres and studio or team structures shape creative workflows
- Basics of vendor management, licensor reviews, and Legal approvals
- Platform and file requirements for social and paid media
- How creative and data teams iterate on assets to drive growth and engagement
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media Arts, Communications, Film, or a related field with a graduation date no earlier than December 2026.
- Strong organization and attention to detail with clear written and verbal communication
- Comfort with Google Workspace and basic spreadsheets
- Familiarity with AirTable, Frame.io, general asset management systems and structures
- Passion for games and interest in creative production
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks with guidance
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location. EA has listed the hourly pay ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, degree type (e.g. Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD), what stage you are in your degree journey (i.e. freshman, sophomore, etc.), qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
PAY RANGES
The hourly pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including 80 hours per year of sick time (prorated based on scheduled hours per week if less than full-time), 16 paid company holidays per year, medical insurance, and 401(k).
