The Manager, Campaign Marketing (North America) is responsible for the development, execution, and measurement of marketing activations for EA SPORTS FC across North America. This role focuses on delivering highly culturalized, insight-led activations that drive campaign performance and business impact.

This is an opportunity to: 


  • Create and deliver marketing campaigns and activations for one of the biggest brands in global football. 

  • Lead content-driven marketing in one of EA’s most important regions.

  • Define and drive cross-platform marketing strategy by leveraging partnerships with the world’s biggest athletes, clubs, and leagues.


Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the development of EA SPORTS FC integrated marketing campaign in North America.

  • Execute highly culturalized marketing activations across EA SPORTS FC and EA SPORTS FC Mobile that resonate with local fans and deliver against campaign and business objectives.

  • Collaborate with a high-performing team of cross-functional experts to ensure the successful delivery, measurement, and reporting of FC marketing activity in the region. 

  • Research, analyze, and translate market insights into actionable regional marketing strategies.

  • Manage external agency partners, contractors, and freelancers, including day-to-day communication, briefing, budget management, and performance tracking.


You will report to the Senior Manager, Campaign Marketing, Americas, and will be an important contributor to the Franchise Strategy, Marketing, Partnerships and Communications Teams based in Vancouver, British Columbia. 


Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a strategic marketing role at a brand or agency; sports experience is a plus.

  • Proven experience developing creative marketing campaigns or activations grounded in clear insights and measurable impact.

  • Strong ability to manage, influence, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across disciplines and time zones.

  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation (deck-building) skills; experience presenting to executive and external audiences preferred. 

  • Demonstrated ability to uncover, interpret, and apply actionable data and insights.

  • Passion for and knowledge of the North American soccer landscape and culture; interest in EA SPORTS FC and EA SPORTS FC Mobile.

  • Strong understanding of North American sports culture, consumer behavior, media consumption trends, and engagement opportunities.

  • A collaborative, curious, and adaptable mindset, with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering high-impact work.

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.


Pay Transparency - North America

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES
* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$91,100 - $126,900 CAD

Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
For British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
