Our EA Experiences group is dedicated to ensuring great experiences for our growing communities centered around our world-renowned brands, including fan-favorites like Apex, Battlefield, EA SPORTS FC, Madden NFL and The Sims, just to name a few. Publishing (Brand, Comms and Creative):

The future of entertainment is interactive, and our Marketing team plays an important role in this future by building content, culture, and community around our brands. We empower audiences to Play, Create, Watch, and Connect across our amazing franchises and experiences, including The Sims, Madden NFL, EA SPORTS FC, Apex Legends, and Battlefield. We’re a multi-functional group with world-class expertise in building fandoms, driving interactive storytelling, and positioning our franchises at the center of the broader sports and entertainment ecosystem.

Creative Performance

As the Manager of Creative Performance, you will collaborate with a range of channel experts to improve the reach and impact of our marketing content. By blending data and creativity, you will help set the standard for how we engage with our players, providing valuable insights and direction to ensure we create the right content in the most effective way. This role reports to the Senior Director of Creative Performance

Responsibilities:

  • Deconstruct content & channel performance in forensic detail to understand what worked & where we can improve

  • Provide detailed competitor analysis & share relevant gaps and opportunities

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to inform content planning and identify new opportunities

  • Test elements of content performance to remove creative subjectivity - eg: A/B testing thumbnails

  • Work with our Production team to ensure asset requests are realistic and delivered on time and within budget.

  • Partner with a variety of channel experts to improve the reach, depth & impact of their content 

  • Simplify complex data from various sources and make it digestible & actionable for stakeholders

  • Create content guidelines & best practice guides grounded in insights

  • Work with a dedicated analytics team to provide benchmarks for content & channel performance

  • Measure the effectiveness & ROI of content & marketing channels 

  • Improve & measure user journeys across a connected marketing ecosystem

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in content & digital marketing

  • Comfortable working hands-on with a wide range of analytics tools (eg: Social Listening, Google Trends, Social analytics)

  • Advanced knowledge of channels (eg: programming for algorithms, interest-graphs, search optimization)

  • Ability to forensically dissect campaigns and understand what worked & why

  • Ability to take data and insights and package them in a digestible way for stakeholders at different levels of of the organization

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES

* California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento) * $103,200 - $145,600 USD

In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
