EA SPORTS FC Franchise Marketing:

Join us as a manager, on the EA SPORTS FC Franchise Marketing team. The Franchise Marketing team partners with a cross-functional set of partners; namely Studio, Strategy, and Commercial teams to:

  • Develop and execute FC marketing strategy at a franchise level and activations both in-game and through marketing campaigns globally.

  • Develop announce through launch campaign plans for EA SPORTS FC, in addition to the subsequent live services plan.

  • Operate as a cross-functional touchpoint, ensuring all teams are driving together towards a singular long-term vision. 

  • Manage our cross-functional partners and external agency support, including daily communications, briefing, and activity tracking.

What you will work on:

  • You will work on the EA SPORTS FC franchise, including Football Ultimate Team/Manager Career, and Clubs, with a focus on developing marketing campaigns relevant to these modes.

  • You will focus on developing campaign briefs, in both lead & supporting functions. Translating business & strategic documents into insight driven go to marker plans. 

  • You will work cross functionally to develop these experiences across several teams to ensure we meet the objectives. 

  • You will be a primary driver of recurring campaign tracking and readiness, including establishing meeting health, channel status updates, identification of risks/opportunities per campaign beat, and collaborating with partners to prepare and solve against obstacles in the GTM campaign.

  • You will also track status updates and the communication of risks/opportunities to the team.

Who you will work with:

You will report to the Director of Franchise Marketing and be part of the central team (who are based between Vancouver, Canada and London, UK). You will also partner with our global teams in the rest of Europe, North America and APAC, including teams such as Studio, Media, Creative, Franchise Strategy and Athlete Marketing among others.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience in creating integrated marketing campaigns at client or agency side e.g. Product Marketing; Brand, Operations, Communications.

  • You will maintain working relationships with teams and partners across disciplines, time zones and territories.

  • You have experience developing PowerPoint/Keynote/Google slide presentations, both to educate & inspire. 

  • Experience driving cross-functional collaboration across Product, Commercial, and Marketing teams.

  • Flexible and dynamic with the ability to adapt to changing goals and objectives.

  • You will translate campaign performance & insights into goals & objectives

  • You will lead by influence with cross-functional teams.

  • A solid interest in football, sports or gaming is welcome.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). BASE SALARY RANGES

  • British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria)
    • $89,300 - $123,000 CAD

In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
