This is a Hybrid role based in our Stockholm, Sweden based office.

EA SPORTS is one of the most iconic entertainment brands - connecting hundreds of millions worldwide to the sports they love through a portfolio of industry-leading video games. Building on an incredible 30-year foundation, we are redefining football with EA SPORTS FC - a genre-leading ecosystem of interactive experiences, bringing a global community of football fans closer to The World's Game. Together, we are taking the largest football club in the world to new heights - and this is just the beginning! With more opportunities than ever to create new, authentic experiences that bring joy, inclusivity, and immersion to fans everywhere, we invite you to join us as we pioneer the future of football with EA SPORTS FC and welcome everyone to the club!

As a Manager, FC Franchise Activation - Markets (Nordics) you will create localised approaches for our global EA SPORTS FC campaign moments that resonate in our territories, and come up with wholly local activations and campaigns that are centred around positivity, grassroots football and diversity, inclusion and representation in sports.

This means all the way - from the first creative spark, to sketching out the idea, planning the campaign, leading the development of photo and video shoots, asset creation and overseeing the go-live, and of course analysing performance to improve the impact by providing recommendations afterwards.

You will report to the Senior Manager, FC Franchise Activation - Markets (Northern Europe).

Responsibilities:

• Develop, and measure locally nuanced integrated omni-channel marketing activations for EA SPORTS FC in the Nordics.

• Build relationships with local football partners and brands.

• Create and lead localised campaigns focused on positivity, grassroots football, diversity, inclusion, and representation.

• Oversee the entire campaign process from brainstorming to execution and performance analysis.

• Collaborate with teams across Europe and North America.

Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing within sports and lifestyle sectors.

• Proficiency in managing omni-channel marketing activations and campaign development.

• Excellent verbal and written skills in at least one Nordic language and English.

• Experience analysing campaign performance and provide relevant insights.
