Manager, Global Talent Acquisition (APAC)

This is an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition leader to join our team. In this important role, you will lead a Talent Acquisition team for EA’s APAC region, supporting multiple business units including EA Sports, EA Entertainment, Central Technology and Development as well as corporate functions.

Candidate Profile:

In this role, you will be the recruitment expert for some of EA’s most important business groups and be a leader across the broader global Recruiting organization. You have experience providing creative ideas in attracting global talent across multiple departments.

What you will do at EA:

  • Inspire, develop and nurture a team of recruiting professionals across multiple APAC offices to deliver against business hiring needs

  • Provide mentoring and career development to members of the team

  • Be a strategic talent advisor to our leadership teams, providing insight and direction to ensure we are attracting top talent to the company

  • Lead the TA team in developing and executing long-term strategies including employer brand, strategic sourcing and emerging talent hiring. 

  • Analyze data to improve recruiting strategies and processes. Gather quantitative and qualitative data from various stages of the recruitment process to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.

  • Champion our recruiting process and tools to ensure we have a consistent approach globally and maintain a high level of data integrity 

  • Collaborate with People Experience partners to conduct workforce planning, identify talent trends and develop recruiting strategies to support short-term and long-term hiring plans

  • Operate as part of a community of talent acquisition leaders, contributing to the elevation of the offerings we provide to the organization

  • Develop regular recruiting updates for executives across each team in APAC

  • Prepare and present status updates to the TA leadership team through customized dashboards in line with our target metrics

  • Consult with hiring managers in the selection process to ensure clear and unbiased decision making during the interview process

  • Manage the integrity of data for you and your team's requisitions via our ATS and other tools.


The next ideal Manager of Talent Acquisition at EA would have experience in the following:

  • 10+ years of recruiting experience 

  • 5+ years of people management experience

  • Ability to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence and confidence with not only your direct team but also with our EA executives

  • Ability to set priorities and deliver on commitments in an environment of constant change

  • Demonstrated experience building productive and collaborative partnerships with client groups, people experience and other business partners

  • Experienced in designing and implementing global recruiting strategies

  • Experience translation data and analysis into strategic talent acquisition strategies 

  • Candidate first mindset - candidate experience is everything
