Main Responsibilities

The Senior Publishing Manager will oversee the publishing aspects of EA's mobile sports game in Vietnam, including:

  • You will be the conduit between the EA Studios and publisher ecosystems, facilitating collaboration and issue resolution.
  • You will work with the publisher and EA studio to align and implement publishing strategies and projects, ensuring seamless execution to unlock growth opportunities.
  • You will advocate for local community needs and share competitor insights to influence feature development, content prioritisation and campaign planning.
  • You will analyse market data and trends to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities or raise risks to the business.
  • You will run revenue forecasts and manage business planning in partnership with Finance.
  • You will report to the Senior Director, Publisher Experience of the Asia Publishing team.

Qualifications

  • You have 7+ years of experience in gaming, publishing, product management, or digital marketing.
  • You understand and have experience with Vietnam's gaming market and players.
  • You're passionate about sports (especially football!) and mobile gaming, and have led product launches or go-to-market projects.
  • You're comfortable using data analytics to create applicable strategies.
  • Culturally sensitive and a collaborator.
  • Proficient in English and Vietnamese.

This is a hybrid remote/in-office role, required 3 days in the office every week.
