We are looking for a Mobile Technical Director to help lead the build and maintenance of important app projects aiming to define the future of mobile engagement. Reporting to the Senior Director, Engineering, you'll use your native app development experience to mentor and lead a talented team in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

This role is hybrid based and can be located at either our Guildford or Southam offices.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead technical direction and development processes for important mobile app projects.
Mentor and manage a team of mobile developers, promoting continuous improvement and collaboration.
Guide teams to align and accomplish development goals.
Make important technical decisions on native and cross-platform mobile app development.
Conduct regular code reviews and contribute to strategic technical decisions.

Deliver important features and maintaining project timelines.

What You Bring:

10+ years of experience in advanced native app development (iOS: Swift, or Android: Kotlin), with 5+ years of experience in technology leadership positions.
Experience with mobile app architecture and performance optimization.
Experienced in Agile methodologies, continuous integration, and delivery processes.
Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM) is beneficial.
Familiarity with AWS and web stack technologies is beneficial.
