Central Technology is a dynamic community of experts, innovators, and change-makers united by a single, shared vision: To revolutionize interactive entertainment and inspire creativity through transformative technology. Our industry-leading services and solutions are developed collaboratively with teams across EA to enhance creativity and improve outcomes for our partners and players.

Creative Innovation sits at the intersection of emerging technology, creative craft, and game-making — developing the tools, partnerships, and breakthroughs that help EA's studios create more ambitiously. We innovate shoulder to shoulder with game teams, pushing the boundaries of what's possible, and our work reaches players through the world's most beloved games.

We are looking for a proactive Operations Administrator to support the Creative Innovation team. This role is critical in ensuring seamless administration across multiple sub-teams and locations. Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll also collaborate with operational and administrative-focused individuals across CI to ensure consistency and smooth daily execution. This role is hybrid remote/in-office and you will work from our Vancouver office.

Your day to day:

  • Administrative Support:

    • Coordinate onboarding procedures to provide a seamless integration for new employees.

    • Manage equipment, smaller team purchases, purchases orders and monthly reconciliation.

    • Occasional calendar support and meeting organization for members of the senior leadership team.

  • Collaboration:

    • Partner with the other operational coordinators across the group, ensuring that the work underway is of the highest impact to the team.

  • Event Coordination:

    • Support team events and conferences, boosting team cohesion. This may include monthly and annual events across our teams.

What you bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in team coordination, or administrative roles.

  • You're comfortable working and communicating with multiple teams and partners.

  • Proficiency in standard business productivity tools such as G-Suite, Asana, and Slack.
