Operations Analyst Intern, Community, Moderation & Care

Reporting to the Director, Community Moderation & Care Programs, you will be working closely with our Fan Care Analytics & Data Solutions team to help the Community and Moderation team fully adopt a new measurement framework.  

So how does an Operations Analyst make great experiences for our fans? 

You're the questioning type and have a passion to analyze user behavior, feedback, and experiences. You want to understand why things happen and you want to share your insights to improve EA’s Customer Experience. In this role: 

  • You will understand the WHY our metrics matter and identify HOW the team should best use to identify improvement opportunities and align to business initiatives  

  • You will understand how existing work is organized, prioritized, and delivered 

  • You will provide reporting and visualizations that manage performance indicators

  • You will make recommendations on actions to improve based on analysis   

Skills Needed: 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights through qualitative and quantitative data 

  • Ability to make data informed recommendations for complex problems 

  • You are proficient in SQL and understand how to query large sets of complex data

  • You are somewhat familiar with data visualization applications and techniques (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Shiny)

  • Ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendation
