Internship Overview: AI-Driven Process Analysis in Global Operations

We are seeking a highly motivated Master's-level intern specializing in Management Sciences with a strong interest or expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications. This fixed-term internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a strategic initiative within our Global Operations framework, focusing on the intersection of AI, process analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

The selected candidate will leverage AI tools and methodologies to map, analyze, and interpret the key touchpoints and interactions between three distinct operational functions. The goal is to uncover inefficiencies, identify systemic risks, and surface opportunities for optimization and innovation. This role demands a blend of analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and technological fluency, particularly in applying AI to complex organizational systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize AI-driven analytics to examine workflows and data exchanges across three core operational functions.

  • Conduct process reviews to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and high-impact interactions.

  • Develop visual and narrative models that clarify interdependencies and operational dynamics.

  • Highlight areas of operational risk and strategic opportunity, supported by data-driven insights.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate findings and propose actionable improvements.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Currently enrolled in a master’s program in Management Sciences, Business Analytics, Operations Research, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated interest or experience in AI technologies and their application in business or operational contexts.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, global environment with diverse stakeholders.

This internship offers a hands-on experience at the frontier of AI-enabled operational strategy, with the potential to influence high-level decision-making and drive meaningful change across a global enterprise.

You must be available for a full-time paid internship in the summer of 2026 based out of EA Redwood Shores.

We are only considering students who will be enrolled in an accredited degree program in the summer of 2026, slated to graduate no earlier than December 2026. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US on a full time basis during the 12-week internship. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
