We are looking for a Playtest Analyst who is passionate about data and data visualisation. Our mission is building a better game through objective analysis, and you will be challenged with unearthing and using quantitative data to inform insights for the product team. You will report to the Playtest Manager in the Experiential Quality group of Battlefield Quality Verification.

Responsibilities

  • You will partner with other data specialists to form the data strategy for the playtesting team.

  • You will collaborate with designers & development partners to identify important questions and the data to answer them.

  • You will gain a deep understanding of Battlefield game telemetry.

  • You will create data sets and analyse them using exploratory techniques to identify insights.

  • You will produce compelling visualisations that support assessments of quality.

  • You will communicate insights to designers, product managers, and others.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.

  • Experience with a variety of data visualisation tools.

  • Experience with SQL and Python.

  • Experience with game telemetry or similar.

  • A player of first person shooter games.


This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week working from our office in Guildford.
