TEAM OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Playtest Designer (Quality Designer) who is passionate about the user experience of first person shooters. Our mission is building a better game through objective analysis, and you will be challenged with providing valuable insights for the Battlefield team by designing and reporting on multiple internal playtests per day. You will report directly to the Playtest Director in the Experiential Quality group of Battlefield Quality Verification.

Responsibilities

  • You will collaborate with designers, producers, and Experiential Quality leads to create a playtest plan that delivers valuable feedback at the right time.

  • You will use surveys, telemetry, and other data collection methodologies to produce insights from playtests.

  • You will identify common themes in feedback and report the insights to the Battlefield team.

  • You will evaluate the quality of playtest team feedback.

  • You will provide requirements for data processing and analysis tooling.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in game development.

  • Experience collaborating across departments and locations.

  • A passion for first person shooter games.
