The Role
We’re looking for a strategic and curious Portfolio Data Analyst to join our Central Technology Operations team. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between data and action—helping teams across EA’s Central Technology organization make smarter, faster, and more aligned decisions.
Reporting to the Director of Strategic Operations, you’ll play a key role in turning complex, cross-functional data into meaningful insights. You’re a natural connector who brings clarity to complexity, and you’re excited by the power of data to drive progress and improvement.
What You'll Do
Connect the Dots: Gather and synthesize data from multiple teams and systems to support strategic goals and day-to-day operations.
Tell the Story: Translate raw data into clear, actionable insights that inspire informed decision-making across EA.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with teams across the company to understand their needs, define success metrics, and co-create dashboards and reports.
Drive Operational Excellence: Identify trends, reduce inefficiencies, and recommend solutions that improve workflows and service delivery.
Leverage AI: Implement AI, automation, and RPA solutions to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy
Design Visuals That Matter: Build intuitive dashboards, reports, and executive summaries using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Support Strategic Planning: Provide executive leaders with reliable data insights to guide investments, initiatives, and planning.
Champion Data Integrity: Support data quality and consistency across systems and teams.
Foster Inclusion: Help build a team culture grounded in trust, openness, and a strong sense of belonging.
What You'll Bring
10+ years of experience in business analysis, operations analysis, or a similar analytical role (ideally in a tech-forward or cross-functional setting)
Comfortable working with complex data across different systems
Proficient in Excel and business intelligence tools like Power BI
Strong at simplifying and visualizing data for both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with business process mapping and continuous improvement.
Adaptable and resilient—able to navigate change and prioritize in fast-moving environments
A growth mindset: you're eager to learn, reflective, and open to different perspectives
A collaborative spirit: you thrive in diverse teams and value open, inclusive dialogue
Proficiency in implementing AI, automation, and RPA solutions to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
